Ken Thomas, founder of Taith Group, LLC, completed over 29 years in leadership positions at Eli Lilly and Company. His career experiences in manufacturing and supply chain management demonstrate his ability to define standard work practices, create personnel capability, and imbed a culture of success. In the past decade, while leading Eli Lilly to be recognized at the forefront of global supply chain management thinking, he has established himself as key influencer in the SCM field.

Ken attained his BS in Chemical Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS, and holds numerous certifications in training, development and creative thinking techniques.
